Kathy Reed has an uncanny knack for bringing out the synergy in corporate teams through
her teambuilding, personalities and interpersonal skills development training workshops.
Her blue chip executive experience plus her FUN, engaging and interactive personality
make
her a popular and award-winning teambuilding speaker, trainer, and facilitator among
Fortune 1000 companies.
Before founding WorkTeam Dynamics based in Dallas, Texas in 1995, Kathy's press-worthy
career included leading several history-making teams. She led the team that launched
your PC
user interface
today—your
mouse, icons and Ethernet. She also led the team that launched the first PC by a major
corporation—before IBM! In total, her teams developed and launched 13 computer
product lines. Her corporate experience comprised positions such as Vice President Organizational
Development, Director Program Management, Program Manager and Trade Show Manager at revered
corporations such as REI, Compaq and Xerox.

Kathy was featured in the Wall Street Journal for Surviving Corporate Chaos. Ericsson awarded her “Training Vendor of the Year” for her interpersonal skills workshop. She co-authored the book The Communication Path, and a workbook, Interpersonal Effectiveness: How to Do the Tough Stuff and Leave Everyone Feeling OK.
