1) Email us to have us set up your team name and password. Then get that information out to the team members.

2) Have your team members complete the anonymous on-line assessment, complete with any comments they’d like to make. The report gives the team average answer for each question, plus an average for each of the broader dimensions of teamwork above. Comments will print out on the report verbatim.

3) Get the report out to your team and hold a meeting to discuss it. The team can quickly see which areas are strengths and which need development. This discussion is a great way to begin teambuilding!
